Unlike many reviewers who will buy a product and give it five stars without even taking it, I wanted to use the product and then rate it fairly. I received the product a few days after it was supposed to be here so it would still confuse him. Now I took the whole bottle and give this one star. It didn't seem to do anything, in fact my energy levels seemed to drop about the second week or so of taking this product. I usually walk 2.5 to 3 miles every evening when I get home from work. By the second week, my energy was so low I couldn't even walk. Nothing has changed either at work or with nutrition, there was simply neither the strength nor the desire to do sports. I have finished the bottle to give the product a fair review. I hope the product works for you when you buy it but I might have taken a placebo for me as it would have had the same effect on me.
