The team at Compliance Advantage has been very helpful in helping us understand what we can do for our business as well how they have helped other clients out there that are also looking into compliance solutions! They really listen!! We've had multiple issues throughout this process but their help desk is always open until 5pm ET everyday which makes life so much easier since you don't need someone constantly monitoring it 24/7.
You will get great support from your onboarding specialist via phone calls or emails if needed - I think everyone should be given these options because not all customers want instant answers while others may like more of an online chat option available during normal office hours (9-5). As mentioned above though please give them some time upfront before jumping right away without giving yourself enough lead times due too busy schedules etc., especially after holidays such summer break months where customer service might.
