This is the cord for use with the dishwasher. Maytag states on the label next to the end box that they use 105 degrees. Wire C, this wire is rated for 105 degrees. C. It has a straight plug, so you can plug it in whether your outlet's earth ground is at the bottom or at the top. A 1/2" box connector mates with a 7/8" knockout. It also comes with matching wire nuts and the ends of the black and white color coded wires are tinned. The green ground wire has a ring terminal for the green screw. in junction box This is a very good quality cable set suitable for use in the dishwasher.
