This product allows us to adjust the fixed monitor on our desk to a comfortable viewing height. It has 3 different height settings; I'm using it on medium settings at the moment. It is both functional and easy to use. My physical therapist recently asked me about the height of my work chair and monitor and explained that the correct size and placement of these two items for the person or people using them is vital to back and neck health.
