Great laptop but screen brightness is sluggish.
The brightness can NOT be adjusted. It worked fine until I lowered the brightness level only to have it never work again. I cannot increase or decrease the brightness setting. This is very frustrating. I've tried everything including updating the software. After the update, the brightness was at maximum and could not be reduced. Very very frustrating. I've read of other people having the same problems and not being able to solve them.
