I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PRODUCT TO ANYONE AND WILL NEVER BUY ANYTHING.
I received this product and it didn't work, it saved everything I scanned as a blank PDF or just a black screen. I sent it back and had to pay about $35 for return shipping along with about $13 which I paid for shipping when I bought it. Then FULL COLOR COPIER Inc. charged me a 20% restocking fee (for a defective product) of about $50. I lost about $98 in round trip shipping and restocking fees. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PRODUCT TO ANYONE AND WILL NEVER BUY ANYTHING FROM FULL COLOR COPIER INC AGAIN. I WANT TO LEAVE A 1 STAR FEEDBACK.
