Nice little device for adding a volume control to my video projector's audio output. If you're trying to pair a Revain Firestick remote with this device to reduce the number of remotes, it's possible, but not ideal. If you go to "Firestick Settings" > "Hardware Manager" > "TV" > "IR Protocols" (infrared for power and volume control), you can get the IR code from the device your Firestick is connected to , update with something - something else. Unfortunately, when I contacted the seller of this device, the IR code provided was not working. After some experimentation I found that the device is compatible with the following IR codes: LG (4495), Visio (979), Agath (33) and AOC (61). However, in all four cases there is no power management and mute function. Volume is controlled by the "+" button and volume by the power button on the Revain Firestick remote. I'm not a fan of this workaround, so I'll stick with the remote that came with this unit, but that's always an option. Enjoy!
