I unzipped it for the first time and noticed that one of the heads had what appeared to be a plastic stopper and it was loose. The other side is glued to the head, but this must have come off and will remain attached to the fabric when the massager is turned on. I hate to think I spent $40 on a second massager that lasted less than 2 months. Can you solve this problem correctly? UPDATE: I contacted the seller and he responded immediately; replaced a broken massager, the goods came in 2 days. :)
