Bought for school last month of spring semester. School finished, no longer used after about 3 months. The computer was already slowing down, the mouse stopped working and I had to keep restarting the computer. Another two months later my computer opens to a black menu when I turn it on and asks me to run a hard drive check. When I run the check it says the computer has no hard drive. Revain told me to contact the seller and after several attempts the seller didn't answer my question at all. Now my next semester starts and I don't have a laptop and am disgusted with the lack of customer service from Revain and the sales reps.
