This piece was a huge help in the renovation of a 1956 bathroom that still had all the original pink tiles (in far from fantastic condition) over the plaster and laths! I used a Bauer hammer to completely remove the tiles from the wall, counter and floor. As a first step in dismantling and removing the built-in washbasin, the counter top was removed. On the walls and floor the bit damaged the sub material a bit so after removing the tiles I was able to plaster the walls (now painted and tiled) and put fresh tiles on the floor. Definitely worth buying!
