Cheap, plastic strip (wavy) with 2 velcro strips glued to each side. The description states it will go from 3/4 inch to 1 1/2 inches. I don't know what kind of ruler you use, the SMALLEST I cpuld get this was 1 1/4 inches, and it looks like cheap plastic on the outside. Do yourself a favor, and get a wide roll of electricians tape (2" should be fine). Lay out the tape, place your wired on it, and roll it up. You can still cut small holes in it if you need to have wires sticking out at various points. I very rarely write reviews, but I HAD to for this cheap POS.
