Decent budget.
First, I don't have the 'master mechanic' equipment needed to check the calibration of this level. So I can't say for sure it's "100% on". I can compare it to several (high quality) levels of carpentry and from the gear I have it's a pretty high level. The packaging and construction show that this is not Starrett quality. But if you look at levels in this price range, you'll probably get it considering it's less than half the cost of a comparable Starrett. I call it "worthy returns." I only recommend testing it for feces if you need it professionally.
