Not sure what the person below me is doing to give this set only 1 star! I tested this kit for almost a month before writing this review and I have absolutely no complaints! The conductivity is excellent, the heat distribution is even, my food cooks perfectly and the dishes are clean in seconds! They seem to do well in the dishwasher. Not only that, but a beautiful set. Clear lids don't evaporate to the point where you can't see what's happening to the food. I've noticed that these sets require LESS heat to cook! I have a strong feeling that many of the negative complaints stem from individuals using excessive heat. This is great for cast iron or steel, but not aluminum! Aluminum heats up, heats up and cools faster than most other materials. If this is your first time making one of your favorite dishes in these pots (or pans), try using a little less heat and see what happens! I finally understand (and so does the seller) why so many people have had their pans warped or other bent/broken items in the past. The factory packaging is tight. The pan is tightly packed to the very edge of the carton. I mean it's pressed in there so tight that it's very easy to bang and bend in transit. Mine arrived double boxed, the frying pan was cleaned of any damage and everything arrived in perfect condition.
