I ordered this ashtray to use as a non-stick organizer for my various dabbing tools and other small silicone concentrate containers. As you can see from the photos I have plenty of space. appropriate. As shown, it can hold (3) silicone containers, (2) dabbing tools, plus one other small tool in a 1" glass container, a 1.5" glass container for staking honey straw (nectar collectors) which I also use my quartz carb when hot, some cotton swabs and my tweezers which I use to dial when cleaning a sausage or carb cap (hot red). Install a 1.5" carb cap canister so I would say (for reference) the distance between the tip and the inner circumference of the ashtray is about 1-3/8" or 35mm. I am very happy with this one Purchase, the functional design and the quality of the materials used are excellent.
