Review on ELMERS Instant Change Formula KG58348MR by Chef Buntiloy

So this thing is dry! I ordered this nail glue and wanted the one in the picture but got a different look. The company that makes this glue, Elmers, makes many types of glue and I bought a different kind. To make matters worse, it was dried up, I couldn't even get a drop. I even tried poking it to the bottom and still nothing, I wasted my time.
