So far they fit my 2006 F150 5.4 3v engine perfectly (VIN 8th digit 5). The spark plugs are Motorcraft, but the coils are obviously fake. After installing all new VCT solenoids, cam phasers, chains, guides, tensioners and sprockets, Motorcraft filters, new exhaust, 5w30 oil and sea foam cleaning, I threw up random misfire codes on cylinders 3 and 7 and the truck crackled under acceleration . . After installing these new spark plugs and coils the problem was solved and it runs like new again. I'm not sure how long they will last, but you can't win a deal. These are direct downloads where my old (non-OEM) spare parts have been bent. I read that 3V uses straight coils and 2V curved ones. They fit like a glove with a little dielectric grease on the top of each. I'll update if they don't work.
