You get great value for money and increase derailleur grip. I've always had issues with my thumbs slipping off the joysticks on the Joycon and Pro controllers. Since they are for the joycon and not the pro controller, they are much more difficult to install on the pro controller. But with a little effort and practice, you can put them on the Pro Controller. They are absolutely adorable and I'm already enjoying them. The downside is that they restrict joystick movement to joycons. In Sword & Shield, the games I play most of the time, I can still run, but the character starts by walking and then running. The best part is that you can change them and customize your joycons to as you like. Their colors are very bright and beautiful. If you like pastels, they definitely have pastels. I personally love black-blue-red paws.
