Great value for money recommended
item was well made and easy to install. The water quality was excellent, especially for the price. I would rate this as excellent value for money and recommend it. The answer is, when you change the filter, make sure you have an adjustable strap wrench and a water filter tool. The customer support team is great and will happily send you a tool if you have trouble opening the device. They sent me a broken replacement filter and I called service, they immediately sent a replacement filter.
