I've been using this system for 1 1/2 months and I'm satisfied with the water quality. However, I have no idea how to change the filter because I tried to unscrew the housing and it didn't work. Even my strong man couldn't do it. We called the company and were told that we might be able to unscrew the case after using the device for a while. Although I can't understand this answer. So not 5 stars, but 4.

I had a Pur filter that was stuck to my faucet and kept breaking, plastic waste so I decided to look for a better solution. THAT'S IT! This filter hooked up to my faucet so easily it was amazing. I turned on the filter as instructed and began drinking the best tasting water I've ever tasted. Better than neat and the flow rate is amazing too. The answer is, when you change the filter, make sure you have an adjustable strap wrench and a water filter tool. The customer support team is great and will happily send you a tool if you have trouble opening the device. They sent me a broken replacement filter and I called service, they immediately sent a replacement filter.

The taste of water deteriorates after less than 2 months of use. They must be screwed to the base at the factory after the original filter has been installed. I just spent 10 minutes using wrenches to get it off and it wouldn't budge. The instructions acknowledge that this can be a problem and say something along the lines of "if it sticks, try more". If that doesn't help, try with two people. If that doesn't work, you may not be able to remove it and will need to mail it to us. Try a…

This is an absolutely wonderful tap water filter. I was on well water for 25 years and moved to an area where there was purified water that tasted like doo-doo. Thanks to this filter I can actually drink water without getting sick. The only reason I'm not rating it 5 stars is because I had to exchange it because the first one leaked.
