The ability to integrate CRM with our accounting system has been invaluable, especially when it comes time to do an annual budgeting process or prepare financial statements! I dislike that there are not enough add-ons available from other companies (iCloud integration would be great!). Also sometimes we have issues getting information back out of this program into Accounting Software like Xero etc.. This product definitely makes any task easier by just having one tool instead of several different ones - all integrated together seamlessly which saves so much work during tax season!!
