Dear seller! Please contact me. I just received the drain pump a few days ago. After I bought a 25ft hose from Home Depot. I thought my rainwater problem in my empty pool was solved with your sump pump. No not at all. Here are the symptoms. 1. I thought that the float switch should turn off the pump when the water goes to the bottom of the pool. No, that is not so. 2. Your claim: The water will rise up to 25 feet vertically. My pool is only 12 feet high. But when I connected the fender the water got stuck in the middle of the hose, just couldn't fill up the hose and deck drain. If your company can't solve my problem by then, this upgraded pump is not much better than me.
