I paid more elsewhere for another model but unfortunately I couldn't put ice in the tank because the only access it offers is - it is a hole of tanks. top, that's less than a cent. And there are NO instructions for the other model! This model has not only a pull-out tank, but also the ability to soak "filters". And the price is really low! Ouch! And the instructions are decent, but they don't say the cable is in the tank. I was a bit annoyed at first because I couldn't find it initially, so I'm hoping to save someone else the trouble. Lol I live in Bay Country so it's good to have a "swamp cooler" and I'm surprised at how well this little pup works! Power Bank and take it with you everywhere! As someone else said: It's not AC or even a window unit so don't expect that kind of cooling, but it's better than a personal fan for about the same price. I don't know how long it will take. it's just plastic. but the price was low, the design is simple and it works, so I'm happy.
