First pack was great; second pack is not so great

I’ve purchased the "popular mix” pack of pom poms twice. The first order of pom poms was excellent! All the pom poms were extremely fluffy, soft, and shaped exactly as advertised.The second order of pom poms, however, is much poorer quality. Even after blow drying as instructed, all 12 pom poms feel rough and have kinks in the fur. None of them are taking shape like the previous pack I ordered.I might have gotten a bad batch, but be aware that the quality might not be consistent.(Photo shows first order on the left and second order on the right)
