Review on ๐ŸŽฏ Solid Poplar Dartboard Cabinet with Dark Cherry Finish - Centerpoint Solid Wood by Zane Myers

Revainrating 1 out of 5

Due to inconsistencies and poor design, I recommend

into two parts - a stand and a target for darts. cheaper package deal. You can either hang it by the 2 hooks at the top with plastic anchors or by the 4 pre-drilled holes. I bought a pack of plastic anchors + screws and used 4 pre-drilled holes for maximum support. At the same time, the finish of the case is equivalent to a $25 cabinet. There are clear flaws in the design and construction, the 4 pre-drilled holes weren't even symmetrical so planning is essential before you start drilling any holes in the wall. Dart holders and whiteboards are a nice feature. Overall I give the cabinet 4/5 because it does what you want it to do with decent quality at a good price. The screw on the back was bent and the back was cracked. Scuffs, dirt and marks were all over the back. The front was intact and since I bought this cabinet to eventually replace the dartboard I didn't care as I was expecting it. 2/5, but everyone can make their own experiences. Overall, I'd recommend this if you're a gamer who can't build your own box, or a beginner just looking for a simple all-in-one solution. You will want to replace the dartboard at some point, but the cabinet can last until you build your own or buy a better one. That. Also, the bracket that holds the dartboard screw had to be re-drilled as the previous holes didn't hold the screws in place. All in all, don't buy it. It is a mass produced (and poorly) produced product with many inconsistencies and poor craftsmanship. I'd recommend paying the extra $25 for something that will last as we've had moderate use of the board and case and it took less than 4 months for them to become an issue.

Pros
  • not a pretty thing
Cons
  • I don't remember, but I'll break something
