Fits perfectly. I didn't buy this for V6 RAM. I installed it on my Hemi Ram to remove the clutch fan. My only concern is that I had to play around with the positioning of the scale clamp to keep it from vibrating. It took quite a bit of trial and error. I finally got it, but right out of the box the vibration was so harsh I could feel it on the steering wheel.
