Like most but performs better than others this is a separate inlet and valve. Many of them are integrated in such a way that they fall out together or on top of each other. BUT this device does NOT specify what pressure the relief valve will operate at, and while most of these tanks are rated at 125psi (maximum allowable working pressure), it appears that THIS valve only wants to relieve pressure at 100psi. Also, note that simply using Teflon tape on a joint this size will almost always leak due to its size, and do yourself a favor by having a good thread sealant on hand beforehand.
