Review on Miele Complete Canister Cleaner Powerhead by Wendy Turner

This is my second Miele (my daughter got the first one and she loved it) so I bought the one with the Electro Premium Power Head. Let me just say that I didn't rate this vacuum cleaner 5 stars because after one time the power head stopped working; however still under guarantee; The local Miele service center fixed everything quickly and they were very nice and professional. What I love about this Miele is the parquet nozzle (glides like a dream over my parquet floor); I like that all my attachments are right there so I can use them as needed while cleaning. Love the HEPA filter and the canister with a closed trash/filter bag which is very easy to swap out. I like the adjustable suction buttons and quick cord storage. I don't really care about the weight, but understand that the electric assist technology adds to the overall weight. I don't think the quick leg release for the power head works very well as I always have to bend down and use my hands. And that brings me to my most important consideration, connecting a premium electric head - it's not easy to connect to a telescopic tube and it takes me many, many attempts to properly fit and connect to power this head. (and yes I know I have to use the restart/reset button which is either on the power head itself or on my wand). Despite this annoying extra work, I definitely recommend Miele as it is pretty self-contained and really easy to use. Please understand that this review is about C3 and I have never had C1 or C2 and cannot comment on their use.
