just take another wax
the heater is fine, it seems to heat up quickly. Wax, on the other hand, doesn't penetrate every hair, but it's decent (packages my hand size. I haven't tried a razor, but it has 6 blades! Hmm, I don't know if it's just me, but it's not easy to do clean maybe it's just me, but it's a good buy, just get another wax.
