Great for my 120lb American Bulldog!

So my husband and I recently bought a king bed with linens and it's a little higher than our old bed. We have an almost 9 year old 120 lb American Bulldog that always sleeps in the bed with us. He's getting older so I don't really want him to jump and with our new bed he doesn't always have time to jump so I finally had to collapse and climb the stairs. I did quite a bit of research before settling on this simple step 2, very broad. There's absolutely no way anything remotely small could work, so I'm glad I got that over anyone. I won't lie, Dozer (my dog) was very confused at first and still sometimes forgets what they are and how to use them. But I am very pleased with how well he has adapted to this ladder. He takes great pride when he climbs them himself and we don't need to remind him that he has a ladder and doesn't need to try to jump. We've been using them for a while now, maybe around 4-5 months and we haven't had any problems with them. If the fabric pads get dirty, you can simply remove them (they are attached with Velcro) and pop them in the washing machine! Now I almost took off a star for how difficult it was for me to assemble the ladder myself, but I didn't because I was recovering from a torn anterior and occipital joint and tendon so I wasn't as strong and could don't move and bend like I normally do. Maybe that's why it was so difficult for me. All in all I highly recommend these ladders and if anything happened to them I would buy the same ladders again!
