The integration with our fleet tracking system makes it easy to manage vehicle data from one place! We are able to view all information regarding each truck/vehicle in real time which helps us keep track of any issues or problems as they arise.

I wish there was an easier way to see what's been serviced within my assigned territory without having to pull up individual records (which can be very difficult if you're not familiar). It would also help streamline service reports because we don't have multiple spreadsheets pulling info together then merging into another report before submitting them back out through email - this just saves so much hassle when dealing wtih many different clients who need these types of services throughout various regions!!
