There was a small problem.
Very disappointed in my cutter. Not assembled well. The plastic bread stand was crooked. There is a 1/4 inch difference from end to end. This will deform my rods. However, I have to say that the customer service deserves 5 stars. They fixed it right away. I will definitely buy from them again.
