The Threads came out of the threaded rod!
They worked great for 2 times ! Used them on a pair of boots and the threads pulled out of the piece that allows you to tighten them in the boot contacted customer service and they said since they were about a year old they would not replace them! Really? the threads pulled out of the unit due to the steel gaulding together and you wont replace them? Rip off I tell ya do not buy these!
- Good product. The leather does stretch and makes the fit much better.
- The shoe stretching spray may cause skin irritation or allergic reactions.
