Was very excited when I ordered this cue. I received it today and after opening the package I was quickly disappointed. The cue comes in a tube open at both ends as you can see in the picture. This kit should have included a glove, towel, 2" extender (which doesn't fit), and sandpaper, which was missing. The 2 inch extension will not fit this cue, the thread pitch is different so it will not fit. does not screw into the ground like I believe it should (attached image). The cue is decent I think. I thought it would be a little better after reading the reviews. So now I am faced with accepting a damaged package with missing and incorrect parts rendering it unusable. I know that if I ask for an exchange I will wait another week, maybe longer, to get it back. I'm not really thrilled with the cue at the moment so I'll just get a refund and go with another cue. Spring.
