Difficult. but it does its job! I make a "super salad" daily and it gives me the perfect size and shape for both the amount of food I eat and for shaking and spreading the dressing and then eating. Not so tall that it bothers me when eating with a fork, but not so wide that it can't be stored on a shelf. It's a bit heavy and I'm afraid I'll drop it and break it into a million pieces. Dishwasher and lid have also gone through a heated drying cycle without deformation. I think it's a good choice for those who, like me, have a specific goal and want to use it every day. highly recommended.
