So Beautiful - Hair Care

I bought a made to measure fascinator for $130 for Diner en Blanc (DEB). It was a disaster. I needed a headpiece to wear when I came across this piece. I got so many compliments before even wearing it. It was so nice. I took off the ribbons and poked them out of the package with bobby pins. Deafening. So many people at DEB have asked me where I bought it. Buy this piece. You will not be disappointed.
