seal must be included in the price! The washers that came with the bolts are convex and appear to have a liner (probably rubber) on the inside. This is to protect them from damage to the coating. Proper torque is 25 ft/lb as specified. I have to disagree with the other review. The cover is powder-coated and has a small ribbing. The holes look good in the ruler. I can definitely say that it looks beautiful. Much better than Moser aluminum caps. If the coating cracks during installation I will update this review. If the metal has been properly cleaned/prepared, everything should be fine. Good packaging and delivery on time. I deducted 1 star because of the missing seal.
