First off, the item is very easy to use, lightweight, just what you need for melting and pouring candles or other hot liquids. However, as they say, it is much smaller than in the photo. I thought I'd order more and found it just wouldn't have enough soy to make a couple of candles. I have to spend a lot more time melting in small batches and it becomes frustrating waiting for each batch to reach the right temperature to melt and then pour. It serves its purpose but doesn't meet my needs.
