I tried some of these cheap scales and returned them. They were usually inaccurate due to conflicting readings of the same item being weighed multiple times in a row. One came who didn't register the weight at all. Just stick with 0 grams. But this device is superior to any other I've had. This one is consistently accurate. I like that the platform is bigger than almost all others. And they made a nice touch by placing the crosshairs in the middle of the weighing area. Adding this little feature doesn't cost the manufacturer anything, but it helps maintain accurate and stable weights. The only thing they can do to improve it is to put white numbers on the black background on the LED indicators instead of the red numbers they use. The red numbers are large and easy to read, but the white numbers stand out more against a black background.
