I'm not sure how reliable it is over the long term but after a few days I've had no problems. The USB ports for charging work perfectly. I don't have the noise coming from the USB ports that some other reviews have noted. Maybe the luck of the draw is there. The light is pretty dim, which I like. Simply cover with a piece of tape to completely black out if you wish. The only small minus is the power button itself. It feels very cheap and flimsy. It's also quite thin and not that easy to turn on and off. It really works so it's not a big deal and I'd still recommend it for the money.
