I've wanted to try these things for a long time, but I wasn't sure exactly what kind of experience I'd get. I was surprised to see how well the eye area is made of soft, pillow-like material that is very comfortable to wear. It took me a while to set it up and figure out how my phone came in, as well as the controls themselves. The remote you get requires a Bluetooth connection. I couldn't find any information on whether you need it, that's all. Obviously these things look bulky and are great for my huge head. When the phone is in the front, it can feel a bit heavy, but that doesn't matter much. I downloaded the required Google Cardboard app and it was a great pleasure to try VR at home for the first time. Of course, this isn't a full $500+ virtual headset, but just plug in your phone, plug in the audio cable, and the audio will sound like a regular headset, it's very interesting! Overall, the quality and price make this a great VR experience for beginners. People with a headset should try it! ๐
