To be honest, this DVD player is a piece of junk. First the person who helped me set it up said it was either used or refurbished and pointed out signs of wear and tear. It was taking so long I just wanted to set it up and move on, so I ignored his concerns. Big mistake. We could watch the DVD all evening so I threw the box away thinking everything was fine. (I live in a confined space and can't store all my boxes.) Another bug. Now I can't return it. Within the first six or so hours of viewing, I noticed gaps. The menu was sluggish and then didn't work at all. Sometimes everything went fine for a while, but then again I noticed anomalies, bursts, gaps, freezes. In just two weeks, the machine will not work at all. It's junk and goes in the trash.
