Ordered these to replace the wheels on a work stool. The bolt thread is listed as 5/16" but the tolerance is terrible. The supplied cap nuts will not fit as both sides do not connect cleanly. In my case I had to use standard 5/16" nuts. and only 2 of 4 bolted on without the need to punch clean the threads.At first I thought maybe some metric studs were mixed up, but after checking the threads with a good quality thread probe, it turned out the threads weren't to any standard - just very poorly made I haven't used them long enough to form an opinion on the reels but would be suspicious given the poor quality of the cleats.
