I love this product. I've been swimming for about 15 years and this is the best drag suit I've ever used. Mind you I don't think this is for beginners but for intermediate to advanced swimmers. You feel like you're being pulled from behind when you swim, which is great if you want an intense swim workout. I would also recommend not using it for swimming from the start (you really feel a lot of resistance) without it you should pre-warm up. I always use it in the middle of a workout, then take it off and do a sprint. I'm 29W, I bought the small size and it fits well. Dries faster than regular swimwear. It's not what I was looking for: it's much better!
