Editing for harassment by seller I understand that the seller will harass you and offer bribes if you leave a negative feedback on this product. I received emails from the supplier on October 7th, 8th, 9th, 10th, 16th and 26th. Every email asks me to delete this comment and the last 3 emails offer $20, then $40, then $50 to do so. The last email went so far as to claim that the author has a fairly unknown medical condition that I have, as well as other personal family information that let me know they had started stalking me. I have reported this supplier to Revain four times, but Revain has not taken any action. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SELLER! For example, to install YI lot, a viewer app, I had to install a QR code scanning app. Clear instructions would be desirable. The cameras are not wireless. As such, placement requires access to a plug or purchase of additional charging cables and additional installation. The cameras do not have a 360° view as stated in the Revain details. A small lag when browsing, but not bad. The audio is terrible. One of the cameras is recording upside down. And most importantly, you cannot access Multiview without purchasing a cloud program. So you end up clicking on individual cameras, waiting for a connection and then browsing one by one. Revain's technology was very good at supporting multiview access, but thanks to customer comments, it was determined that multiview is not possible without subscribing to additional features. I will return them.
