Broke after a few months

In December we bought a Snowy Fox RV 15 amp to 50 amp - 15 male/50 female adapter. This worked for our RV, but one of the pins broke just as we were unplugging it. I recently read another review about this case with a customer. I don't know how to contact the company. Unfortunately, the plug also got stuck in our socket. There is an apparent design flaw that could affect the durability of this adapter. I am extremely disappointed.
