Very Inexpensive; These scissors will not even cut paper or plastic bags. The metal is very heavy but it cannot cut anything and buying these scissors is a waste of time and money. My 20 year old orange scissors that I have never sharpened cut paper like new; It's not these scissors. I would never allow my child or teen to use them for a school project. They are heavy, uncomfortable and unsafe - waste of money. I can only send them back in principle. The old adage that you get what you pay for is true. In this case you will be warned.
