I like that it's one stop shop option to protect your business or individual accounts from hacks in real time without having to pay an exorbitant amount each month with other providers (like my bank). It can be hard as you are not getting any alerts when there is something wrong so if anything goes off just let me know immediately! We have been very happy using this product for our small firm. Their customer service has always been great - they're quick at responding back which makes things feel more personal but also gives us confidence knowing we aren't being ignored anymore than necessary.
