I have now installed 3 sets of these lights. The quality of the lamps and accessories is excellent. Installation takes 2-3 hours depending on how much effort you want to put into hiding the cables. Also pay attention to where you placed the motion sensor; I recommend moving backwards so you only wave your hand under it if you're doing it on purpose to turn on the light. There are extra cables in the box, but plan your installation before you begin. For example, you may decide that you need more cables (e.g. longer ones) that you can buy online from another supplier. The lighting is nice but pay attention to the color. As far as I know there are two options: 2300K and 4000K. I think white 4000K is best for the kitchen, but it's up to you.
