Review on Storm Bottom Prime Line Products 8681 by Chris Moody

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Worked well with an old Anderson storm door but only replaces one of the two brushes OEM

Gave 5 stars because it worked well but there is an Anderson OEM package on Revain that will replace both Blades includes what costs less than two This item. Like many rubber parts, it is stiff and tends to stay twisted outside of the packaging. Leaving it in the sun for a bit or dropping it in a mug of boiling hot water will "relax" it for easier installation. It's worth splashing some warm soapy water in the groove at the bottom of the door and wiping away any accumulated dirt and grime. Leaving a little bit of soap residue will make it easier to put the fins back on. Incidentally, most of the time, simply loosening a few screws and removing the bottom of the door is enough, making cleaning and replacing the slats even easier without having to bend down and work upside down.
