There are NO instructions, only a very mysterious picture of how to assemble it by hand. It cannot be put on by ONE person, you will get tangled in the webbing of the velcro. Very annoying and made me feel like a puppet when I couldn't figure out how to use it. I took it to my physio and it was STILL very frustrating to put it on properly without the velcro - it's all but what you need. A set of clear application instructions so it doesn't tangle on its own and your hair makes it a better product. I returned it.
